We are currently seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our growing team in Christchurch.

HCB Solar New Zealand, a 50-50 joint venture between a well established Australian company with over 77 years of operation and 10 years of experience in renewables, and a New Zealand based company with 30 years of operations, offers a dynamic and supportive work environment in the rapidly growing renewable energy sector.

As a company based in Christchurch, we are committed to fostering local talent and contributing to the growth of New Zealand’s sustainable energy future. However, please note that not all projects will be based in Canterbury, and travel may be required. We are looking for individuals with a passion for renewable energy, innovation, and sustainable solutions to help us meet the evolving needs of the industry. If you have the right mindset, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we welcome your application. Experience with hand tools and general construction knowledge will be considered a plus.

We are looking for the following positions:
• General Labourers
• Machine Operators (Telehandlers, Skid Steers, 16T Forklifts)
• Leading Hands
• Supervisors (Logistics, QA, Mechanical)

Competitive base rates for General Labourers starting at $26 per hour, with rates depending on experience.
