Live-In Hostel & Escape Room Assistant Exchange 🌟

Looking for a fun, social role in the heart of Napier?

We’re on the hunt for a reliable and friendly person to help out at our backpackers hostel and escape room business in exchange for free accommodation 11hours per week. Includes Free hostel style accommodation and free laundry once per week.

This is the perfect opportunity for backpackers or travellers wanting to stay in Hawke’s Bay while keeping busy, meeting new people, and enjoying a unique work environment.

• Opportunity to work across both hospitality and tourism

✨ Duties May Include:
• Guest check-ins and helping visitors feel welcome
• Basic reception support
• Assisting with escape room resets and presentation
• Helping keep common areas tidy and well presented
• Basic maintenance tasks and property upkeep
• Assisting with social media content creation, photos, and posting
• Supporting day-to-day operations where needed
