Hostel and Escape Room Assistant in Napier, ASAP

Job Description

We are a 4.3 star rated Escape Room on Google and we are looking for an all round creative star now
15 hours guaranteed work of Escape Room and Hostel duties, more hours during sports week + Dorm room with shared facilities for $95per week or for 5 hours work If you are a couple we have a couple room.
$24.30per hour + 8% depending on experience
Must be open to doing more hours if we have extra bookings or work. If you can help drive more business then there will be more work
Mostly Evening and Weekend work, but may vary due to events/bookings
Must be fast learner to host games alone from week 2 but prefer experience in Escape Rooms, event management or camp leaders
Pref Social Media talented but def need intermediate SM and IT skills
Great with customers, create exceptional experience hosting teams, clear advanced English
Basic crafting skills needed for maintenance or new prop creations
Admin skills for bookings and customer correspondence
Cash handling and basic transactional management
Be able to thrive when we get busy and must think on feet, responsible hard worker who is creative and will add to our marketing and targets
Updating correspondence and updating our booking systems
Assisting in the hostel kitchen for group catering when needed
This is definitely a job that covers many things however, they are often cross-over or duplicate skills or work between the hostel and the Escape Room.
Napier is a nice little town. Our location is in the middle of the city and 1 min from the ocean. Our past staff have all enjoyed and learnt a lot in this position. We will be looking at a min commitment of 6 weeks and then we will review in week 4.
