Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, hands-on Park Assistant to join our team on a full-time, fixed-term contract starting in November. Our family-run holiday park sits at the start of 90 Mile Beach, and we pride ourselves on keeping the grounds lush, the facilities welcoming, and our guests feeling right at home.
This role is varied and active — you’ll get to experience all parts of holiday park life, from helping at reception and supporting housekeeping, to giving a hand with grounds and general maintenance. No two days are the same!
What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins, bookings, and general queries
- Helping the housekeeping team keep cabins, motels, and shared spaces sparkling
- Supporting with grounds and garden care
- Pitching in on general park projects and seasonal jobs
- Being part of a small, supportive team that values flexibility and a good sense of humour
What we’re looking for:
- A team player who’s adaptable and enjoys variety
- Someone with a positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Great people skills – you’ll be around guests and staff every day
Previous hospitality or tourism experience is a bonus, but not essential
