Come spend summer cooking by the coast in Mangawhai.

Brewed As is looking for experienced chefs to join our kitchen team for the busy summer season, ideally from December through to the end of February.

We’re a busy independent restaurant in Mangawhai Heads, serving brunch and lunch every day, with evening service 4 evenings, to extend over summer. Our food is modern, flavour-driven and made from scratch, with a strong focus on good produce and a kitchen that takes pride in what it sends out.

We’re looking for chefs with solid commercial kitchen experience, ideally Chef de Partie level or above, who can step into a busy service, work well as part of a small team and maintain high standards when things get moving.

What we’re looking for:

CDP-level experience or equivalent
Confident working a section independently
Comfortable in a busy, high-volume kitchen
Good prep, organisation and communication
Reliable and positive team attitude
Available through the peak summer period
Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand
