Two Holiday Park Assistants — Hihi Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park

We’re looking for two reliable, friendly people to join our team in beautiful Hihi, Northland, from ASAP until 1 April 2027.

Couples or friends applying together are preferred, but we’re also happy to hear from individual applicants.

The role

Mainly housekeeping—cleaning accommodation, bathrooms and communal facilities—with some grounds work, reception duties and potentially helping with our kids club.

No experience is required, as training will be provided. Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a bonus! You’ll need a positive attitude, an eye for detail and a willingness to get stuck in.

Hours

Three days per week guaranteed, with a minimum of 20 paid hours per week for each person.

Additional days and hours may be available throughout your employment.

Working hours and rostering will be discussed during the interview.

Full availability is preferred, including weekends and public holidays. You must be available for the full term through to 1 April 2027.

What we offer

Applicable NZ minimum wage.

A completion bonus of $1 for every hour worked, paid upon completing the full fixed term.

A free powered site throughout your employment—bring your own campervan, caravan or tent.

The chance to spend summer working beside the beach and exploring the Far North on your days off.
