Job Description
Patterson Restaurant (Based at the Commodore Airport Hotel Christchurch) is looking for an experienced food and beverage attendant. Fixed Term – Mid Nov to Mid January – Min 20 hours per week, and more if available to work in other departments such as housekeeping. Must be able to work Chirstmas Day and New Years Eve.
Job Summary
To deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service to all guests. To ensure that guests have an exceptional dining experience by attending to their needs, maintaining a clean and organised environment, and providing high-quality food and beverage service in the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service or Functions.
The candidate must be:
Experienced in food and beverage restaurant service – min 12 months – can you pour a beer, present a bottle of wine, carry a tray and confidently manage 5-6 tables dining?
Outgoing and happy to chat to all walks of life
Take care with their personal appearance
Great ability to multi task
Super friendly and a team player
