Summer is coming, and we need you!

‘The Irish’ is ‘lucky’ – see what we did there – to be supported by fantastic locals and a steady stream of people travelling through Marlborough. We have a bunch of regular work available over the summer months, but also foresee a long-term role being on offer if that is what you’re after.

As a Bar Person you’ll be hands on in both our food and beverage service, which will see your multi-tasking ability highly valued, as well as your flair for quality banter. We’re looking for a team player, and someone who is reliable, honest, calm under pressure, and adaptable.

Ideally you’ll have relevant hospo experience to bring to the table, however if you’re a little ‘green’ – someone please stop me – we can show you the ropes.
