Mid September 2026 start | Live-in role | Stunning alpine location
Nestled in the stunning remote location of the Southern Alps.
The Bealey Hotel is seeking a proactive Duty Manager for the upcoming season. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a unique setting, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily restaurant / bar operations in a tranquil environment.
* Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
* Train and motivate staff to align with our values of hospitality, community, and sustainability.
* Address international guest feedback and inquiries effectively.
* Assist with other departments when needed
Ideal Candidate:
* Must hold at least an LCQ (License Controller Qualification), with a preference for a Manager’s Certificate.
* Must have current NZ working holiday or work visa – NO sponsorship or sponsorship transfer available
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Previous practical boutique hospitality experience required. Knowledge of day to day F&B systems
* High standards and commitment to enhancing guest satisfaction in our remote location.
* Strong conversational English
