Product Handling:
Inspect, sort, and prepare corn and peas for processing, ensuring that quality standards are met.
Machine Operation: Operate and monitor machinery involved in washing, blanching, cutting, and packaging vegetables according to safety and quality protocols.
Quality Control: Perform visual inspections to detect defects, remove foreign material, and ensure only top-quality produce is processed and packed.
Packaging and Labeling: Assist in packaging and labeling products for distribution, ensuring accuracy and adherence to food safety standards.
Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organised work area, following sanitation guidelines for food processing equipment and spaces.
Documentation: Record data related to production, including quantity and quality checks, to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
