Job Description

Brewed As is a vibrant café-restaurant in Mangawhai, Northland, just minutes from the beach.

We’re known for specialty coffee, wine, beer, and a menu of fresh, shareable dishes with global flavours. We’re looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our small, passionate team as soon as possible!

This is a hands-on role working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll run a section confidently, support prep and service, and contribute to specials and menu development. Clean, organised work and strong food safety knowledge are essential.

We’re after someone with previous CDP experience who thrives under pressure, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a close-knit team. Evening and weekend availability is required, as well as availability through the new year period.
