Full-Time Face to Face Sales & Marketing Manager- New Zealand

Location: Auckland

Salary: $60,000 Per Annum. Permanent – Full Time

Fundamental Worldwide is a diverse and fast-growing fundraising company, which raises millions of dollars per year for both national and international charitable organisations. Due to our growth, we are hiring for a Sales and Marketing Manager for our traveling sales teams.

We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the role of face to face Sales & Marketing Manager.

You will be responsible for executing effective fundraising strategies, assisting with campaign development, analysing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs.The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base, and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our
firm.

  • Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media
  • Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
  • Create and execute lead generation programs
  • Analyse data to determine campaign efficiency
  • Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team 

Required:

  • A Sales and Marketing degree with 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role
  • 1 year minimum fundraising experience and a minimum 4 years sales management experience
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • A clear understanding of face to face fundraising agency operations
  • A good understanding and demonstrated ability of managing sales sub-contractors
