Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to work at our busy Holiday Park in Lake Tekapo.
People who have strong work ethics and a can-do attitude to join our amazing team – an all rounder who enjoys variety in their work day. Around 30-35 hours a week with opportunities to work more. Minimum 4-6 month contract and the position will start end of January / start of February.
Duties as a Holiday Park Housekeeper will include:
– Daily cleaning in our vast range of accommodation types (cabins, motels, backpackers and amenities)
– Room Servicing
– Laundry (washing, folding and restock)
To apply for this position you must:
Have some experience in Housekeeping
Be a good team player
Demonstrated experience in customer service
Have a good understanding of the English language
Have good attention to detail
Have good organization skills
Have a current work visa
Our Housekeeping attendants work on a 7 day roster and you will be required to work weekends and public holidays if it falls on your normal working day. 5 days a week with two days off in a row.
We will provide:
– If you have your own van to live in then you can stay on a site free of charge using the shared facilities around the park.
– We do have some accommodation available but are very limited, there is a weekly charge if you are needing our accommodation.
