Experienced Wait Staff and Bartenders

If you are skilled bartender or server looking to explore the Southern area of New Zealand this is the perfect opportunity to join our special spot at St Clair beach.

We are recruiting for Bartenders and Floor servers who can commit to a minimum 4months with us for our venues Esplanade and Piccolo Bar.

What we value is warmth and hospitality – you must be genuinely interested and highly engaged in service.

Floor servers, Wine knowledge is a plus – if you don’t have this, no problem, we have someone who can teach you all you need to know.

Speed and precision – being a skilled bartender you’ll work quickly and efficiently, for bar service and dispense. You’ll know all the classic cocktails and be accurate and polished.
Floor staff can confidently carry multiple plates and a tray and be quick moving and professional.

A minimum of two years bartending or table service experience

You’ll be working with an experienced team with well developed systems, which means we work smarter not harder.
Pay is dependant on your experience; we will make sure you are well remunerated, fed and looked after.
We balance our employees interests outside work and build our roster around this.
