Job Description

We’re looking for experienced Malaysian and Asian cuisine chefs to join a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen team. This is an ongoing role starting immediately, with an hourly rate negotiable based on experience.

About the Role:
You’ll be preparing and executing large-scale meal services while maintaining quality, consistency, and food safety. The role involves working across diverse menus — a specialty in Malaysian cuisine is highly desirable. Flexibility with shifts (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays) is required.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ At least 2 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen or catering environment
✅ Strong knowledge of Malaysian and Asian cuisine
✅ Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills
✅ Food safety awareness and ability to work under pressure
