2 roles Available-Dairy Assistant and Calf Rearer

Job Description

We have 2 dairy farm roles starting 13 July, until September approx, ideal for a couple, located 5 minutes from Rakaia in Canterbury.

1 full time role as a dairy farm assistant. Work will include milking, picking up calves, getting cows in, setting break fences.

2nd role will be part time calf rearing work. Work will include feeding calves, carrying buckets of milk, moving calves.

Both roles involve physical, heavy lifting work and is outside in all weather conditions.

Furnished, shared accommodation is provided on farm.
Some experience with large animals is preferred but full training will be provided.
