We’re Ditto – a vibrant, award-winning Asian-fusion eatery and bar right in the heart of Te Anau. We serve up bold South-meets-East flavours, creative cocktails, and plenty of good banter. We’re all about great food, great people, and that unmistakable “Meet Eat Repeat” energy.

We’re on the lookout for a seasonal chef to jump in with our small but mighty team for the summer. The menu’s set, the flavours are bold, and the pace is busy – so we’re after someone who can deliver consistent, quality dishes and keep cool when it’s pumping. You’ll need solid kitchen experience, strong communication, and a good dose of humour to match the crew.

This is a full-time role with competitive pay (based on experience), tasty staff meals, and a fun, fast-moving environment.

And when you’re off the clock? You’ll be living in one of the most beautiful corners of Aotearoa. Hike the Kepler Track, cruise Milford or Doubtful Sound, chase waterfalls, or kick back with a local brew by the lake.
