Senior Waiter

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, confident person to join our front of house team in our beautiful Cuisine One Hat neighbourhood restaurant.

Someone with at least 2 plus years experience as a table service waiter who is passionate about providing an excellent customer experience!

December is our busiest month and we are currently focussing only on candidates who are here in Dunedin and available to work right up to the end of the December graduations.

Who are we?
We are ‘a home away from home’ neighbourhood restaurant with a strong sustainable focus in a kitchen-garden setting.
Delicious, carefully curated food and drink from dawn to dusk, 6 day & nights a week.

The position will require you to look after a section providing a great experience for our guests (such as table service, clearing and carrying multiple plates, tray service for drinks).

Full training will be given but we expect that you have the restaurant experience to pick up our systems quickly.

Pay rate dependant on your experience.

Shifts will usually be between the hours of 9am – 3pm or 5:30pm – 10pm.
We are closed on Sundays and all public holidays, AND we also take a summer break 1st – 14th January.
