Sugarloaf, our signature restaurant at Flockhill Lodge, has recently been awarded a prestigious Cuisine Good Food Hat. We’re proud of this recognition, and we’re looking for seasonal team members to help us deliver exceptional dining experiences this summer.
What you’ll do:
Provide attentive, professional service to our guests in the restaurant, bar, and lodge settings
Support smooth daily service, from setting up to closing down
Deliver world-class hospitality in one of New Zealand’s most breathtaking alpine destinations
What we’re looking for:
Previous hospitality experience advantageous to have worked in fine dining, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to thrive in a busy, high-standard environment
