Dairy Farm Calving Helper

Job Description

From mid July – September 2025.

Looking for a calving helper on our 440 cow dairy farm. Jobs to include but not limited to; milking, getting in cows and calves, dusting paddocks with minerals, putting up temporary fences, washing down yards, feeding calves, cleaning calf feeders.

No experience necessary, full training will be provided, but a willingness to get dirty and work in all weathers is a must. It is a busy time of year for us and we offer good rates of pay and full time 40+ hours. We really need someone who is reliable and will show up every day.

Sleepout available with queen bed, ensuite and kitchen with basic cooking facilities. Access to free fast Wifi. Couples and individuals welcome to apply. One person will have the main full time role and the other may be able to have part time hours and help on a nearby farm.

We are five minutes north of Otorohanga.
