Looking to earn money while staying in paradise?
Kiwifruit bud thinning and flower picking kicks off from October through November – and we’re helping our guests get straight into it,100 workers needed!

Stay with us at Wanderlust NZ (The Strand, Tauranga) and we’ll assist you in finding reliable, seasonal work with our trusted orchard partners.
Jobs include bud thinning (Oct–Nov) and flower picking (Nov) – light outdoor work, perfect for backpackers!

IMPORTANT INFO
– We are not your employer – we’re a backpackers that helps guests connect with local orchard contractors.
– To access job opportunities, you must stay with us and pay weekly rent.
– We can assist with transport for $5/day (using one of our vans or getting picked up).
– Pre-book your first week now to reserve your spot – first in, first served and space is limited!
– When you book, mention “bud thinning job” in the comments so we know to lock you in for the season.
– Book and pay for 1 week, and we’ll hold your bed/job spot for the whole season.
