Experienced Orchard workers needed

Job Description

Hortitude Labour Solutions is seeking several Experienced Orchard Hands for seasonal work. We highly value our clients and our team works directly for them, maintaining their apple orchards to the highest industry standards.

Key Duties:

Apple pruning (including climbing ladders)
General orchard tasks such as picking, packing, thinning, and maintenance
Machinery Operation like tractor driving and hydralada.
Right candidate will be considered for the role of supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Valid right to work in New Zealand (Visa, Citizenship, or Residency)
We DO NOT SUPPORT WORK VISAS FOR OVERSEAS APPLICANTS.
Own reliable transport and valid driver’s licence
Physically fit for outdoor manual work
Strictly follow health & safety rules at all times
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. No tolerance for no-shows or last-minute cancellations
Good team player
Flexible to work varied hours as needed
Previous orchard experience preferred but motivated beginners are welcome
Must be available for the full seasonal term.

Remuneration: $23.50 Plus 8% Holiday
