Job Description

We are seeking commited orchard pickers for the apple picking season. This role involves ladder work, heavy lifting, and strict attendance requirements.

Role Overview:

Apple picking using ladders

Repeated lifting of picking bags and bins

Outdoor work in varying weather conditions

Following quality, safety, and work instructions

What We’re Looking For:-

Punctual and dependable – must arrive on time each day

Able to attend work every scheduled day

Able to commit for picking season

Physically fit and confident working on ladders

Good English and communication skills

Must have own transport

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Must have valid work visa

Nice to have (not essential):

Orchard machinery experience

Hydralada experience

Tractor operating experience
