Job Description

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Brushhands and Painters to join our team in Dunedin, Otago. We are welcoming applications from travellers and Working Holiday Visa holders who are looking for full-time work and can commit to a minimum of 3 months.

Whether your painting experience is from New Zealand or overseas, we want to hear from you. This is a great opportunity to gain consistent work, build experience, and work alongside supportive teams on a range of projects.

What you’ll be doing

-Assisting with interior and exterior painting projects
-Preparing surfaces by sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming
-Applying paint using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
-Carrying out general site labouring duties alongside painting work
-Assisting tradespeople onsite to ensure projects run smoothly
-Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What we’re looking for

-Any previous painting experience, either in New Zealand or overseas
-Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 months of work
-Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
-Good attitude and communication skills
-Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Reliable transport is a massive advantage
-Waterproofing experience is beneficial but not essential
