Role: Senior / Chief Instructor

Essential Attributes:
Energetic, personable, and able to build strong relationships with adults and young people.
Proven leadership and people management experience in outdoor environments.
Confident decision-making in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Emails, and scheduling software.

Key Responsibilities:
Staff Leadership: Build a positive team culture, train instructors, and provide ongoing support and feedback.
Activity Management: Plan and oversee safe, engaging, and educational programs.
Safety & Compliance: Maintain Safety Management Systems, supervise SOPs, and manage incidents, hazards, and risks in line with AdventureMark standards.
Equipment Oversight: Manage inventory, maintenance, and ordering of activity equipment.
Operations: Lead staff meetings, oversee daily operations, and resolve issues promptly.
Instruction: Deliver high-quality activity programs directly to participants.
