Park Assistant Couple – Ahipara TOP 10 Holiday Park

We’re looking for a hands-on couple to join our team at Ahipara TOP 10 Holiday Park in a full-time, permanent (or minimum 12-month) role, starting around May (flexible).

This is a varied role where you’ll be involved in all areas of the park — housekeeping, grounds, and reception — working together as part of a small, supportive team to deliver a great guest experience.

The role:

You’ll both work 40 hours per week, with set days off together. Shifts are a mix of mornings and afternoons, and weekend work is essential.

Day-to-day, this includes:

• Cleaning and preparing accommodation and facilities
• Maintaining grounds and outdoor areas
• Assisting guests at reception and handling bookings
• Helping out wherever needed — no two days are the same

We’re ideally after a couple who:

• Have some experience in hospitality, cleaning, or hands-on work
• Are reliable, practical, and happy to roll up their sleeves
• Work well together and as part of a team
• Enjoy a mix of physical work and guest interaction
