Job Description

We are looking for more workers to assist us with cutting and planting of kumara in Northland.
Your duties will involve cutting, preparing and/or planting kumara on a machine. You will work in teams and full training is provided.
The job will start end of October till late December. Priority will be given to candidates who can commit for the whole planting season.
We are looking for honest and reliable people, keen to work and make money.
We can accommodate vans to stay on the farm or to stay in one of our shared farmhouses.

Dargaville is located at the west coast of Northland. Ripiro Beach is New Zealand’s longest drivable beach.
There is lots to explore, like the Pouto lighthouse, a whole graveyard of shipwrecks, fishing and gathering seafood.
Furthermore, we are located next to the stunning Kaipara Harbour, the largest harbour in the southern hemisphere.
The east coast and Whangarei are a one-hour drive away, which makes the area the perfect spot for surfing, diving and other watersports.
There are also some amazing hikes and activities in the area, like the Waipoua Forest and Trounson Park
with its magnificent Kauri trees, or you can go for a swim and relax at the Kai Iwi Lakes.
