We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic receptionist/housekeeper to work at our busy Holiday Park!
Someone who has strong work ethics and a can-do attitude to join our amazing team – an all rounder who enjoys variety in their work day. Working 5 days a week, with 2 days off.
We are looking for someone who can commit for a minimum 5 – 6 months. Position will start in November.

Duties on Reception will include; checking in guests and answering any phone calls, emails or queries. You will work between Housekeeping and Reception so you will be rostered to help with the daily cleaning, general housekeeping and room service duties in our vast range of accommodation types.

To apply for this position you must:

Experience in Reception and Housekeeping

Experience in the Tourism industry

Previous reception experience within a hotel, hostel or holiday park

Understanding of OTA’S and how they operate

Familiarity with bookings systems, Seekom experience would be an advantage.

Demonstrated experience in customer service

Have a good understanding of the English language

Being able to speak multiple languages would be an advantage.

Have good attention to detail

Have good organization skills

Be able to work under high pressure especially during the peak seasons.

Have a current work visa

Be a good team player

Our Receptionists and Housekeeping attendants work on a 7 day roster and you will be required to work weekends and public holidays if it falls on your normal working day.

We will provide:
