Au Pair / Nanny – Ahipara, Far North

Job Description

We’re a family living in Ahipara, right on the edge of 90 Mile Beach, and we’re looking for a caring and reliable Au Pair/Nanny to join us from December for at least 6 months. We own and run a busy holiday park, and we’ll have a newborn arriving in December, so we’re after someone who can support us with our two children while we juggle family life and the park.

You’ll have your own accommodation unit in the holiday park, giving you independence while still being close to us and the kids.

The role is around 30 hours per week, with the possibility of picking up extra hours helping out in the holiday park if you’d like.

Over the summer school holidays, your focus will be on the two older kids — keeping them entertained with trips to the park or beach, arts and crafts, reading, and fun activities. Once school and daycare start again, the role shifts to supporting with drop-offs and pick-ups, as well as helping Mum with the new baby during the day. Light household jobs connected to the kids (tidying play areas, folding laundry, prepping meals/snacks) are also part of the role.
